Some more new features:
- Implemented an advanced “Keyword match” trigger.
Now you can set the desired message-user matching percentage, for example, in case the user makes a typo. - Added a new section in the user interface
– a list of chats with the ability to view chat history - Created an interface for adding new bot and contact variables, which can store user responses and be used in messages
- Introduced organizations and user roles (currently without an interface), allowing multiple users to work with the same bots
