Some more new features:

  • Implemented an advanced “Keyword match” trigger.
    Now you can set the desired message-user matching percentage, for example, in case the user makes a typo.
  • Added a new section in the user interface
    a list of chats with the ability to view chat history
  • Created an interface for adding new bot and contact variables, which can store user responses and be used in messages
  • Introduced organizations and user roles (currently without an interface), allowing multiple users to work with the same bots
