Creating/Connecting a Bot in Domino CRM

Creating a New Telegram Bot

Access Your Domino Account => navigate to Bots, and click Create a new bot.

On the next screen, you will see a step-by-step guide to help you create your Telegram bot.

Go to BotFather on Telegram and start a chat by clicking “START”

Send the command /newbot

Name Your Bot:

  • Create a Bot name and Username for your bot.
  • The Bot name will be used in the bot’s information.
  • The Username will appear after the @ symbol and must include the word “bot”.
  • The Username must be unique, so if the name you choose is taken, BotFather will prompt you to select a different name.
  • Once the bot is created, you will receive a message with the token (highlighted).

Copy the token and paste it into the Telegram Bot Token field in the instructions. Click Connect.

Your bot is now successfully connected.

Choose the bot you want to connect from the list.
