🤩 What’s new

🔝Automation Section:

– New convenient buttons have been added – Quick reply. These are pre-set reply options that appear at the bottom of the screen. Thanks to these buttons, a contact can quickly select a reply to a message without spending time typing. 

Add quick responses and save time when communicating with clients!

💭 Chats Section:

– Tag other operators in dialogue notes with clients. Exchange comments, share important information, and solve customer issues collaboratively with other operators. The tagged operator will receive a push notification with a link to the dialogue.

– When you reach the limit on the number of dialogues, you can see the number of new contacts who have messaged your bot. A block with information will appear above the chat list. To view messages from new contacts, you need to update your tariff plan.

😍 Improvements 

We have updated the navigation between pages, making it more user-friendly.
