Catalog Integration into a Domino CRM Flow: A User’s Personal Experience
I always dreamed of turning my hobby into a full-fledged business with my husband. We create handmade craft items: wooden jewelry, textile dolls, painted boxes, and more. At first, we sold our work through social media, but as orders increased, we decided to streamline the process with a chatbot.
One evening, my husband suggested trying a Telegram chatbot. We chose the Domino CRM chatbot builder because it didn’t require any programming skills and offered as many as 15 blocks for customer interaction. However, three blocks were the most relevant for us: catalog, payment, and calendar.

The first thing we did was connect to the Starter plan. By that time, we already had an account with the Stipe payment system. The next step was setting up the catalog. Domino CRM has a special template where you can simply add a list of products and their details. For example, we specified the product category, name, description, price, and added links to images. You can also configure options like color or size.
Yes, creating a large catalog took some effort, but it didn’t take much time. Nowadays, artificial intelligence helps entrepreneurs a lot: just show the AI a sample and add product descriptions—it will automatically compile the catalog in the desired format. If needed, you can always make minor manual edits, for instance, using Notepad++. All that was left for us was to test the bot and make sure everything worked smoothly.

Note that every order placed must be saved in the appropriate field. Give the variable a name that’s easy to remember. In our case, for example, it’s called Order. Next, we moved on to setting up the calendar.

This part is simple: in the text message, we added a link to the order placement function and saved the delivery slot in a separate variable.
Then we quickly sorted out the payment process. All we had to do was insert the Order variable into the corresponding chatbot block, and we got the payment token through BotFather in Telegram. The price is automatically pulled from the Order variable.

Working with the bot is super convenient! Especially considering that you can launch this flow through a referral link!
