We have some amazing updates to share with you: Teams tab: Add employees and create teams for collaboration with shared bots and contacts. A new "Assignment" block has been introduced in Flows, allowing you to assign an operator and/or team to continue the conversation with contacts.

What's new: "Organization" section: Now you can create and manage your own organizations within a single service, and invite contacts using a secure link. This feature makes it easier to collaborate in teams and share data between bots and contacts. "Fallback Flow" for messages with buttons: In case a contact fails to click on any of the suggested buttons in the message, the bot can now prompt them to choose an option and provide guidance on how to respond correctly to keep the conversation going.
