Christmas updates, ho-ho-ho!

Added a new section in the builder – Contacts.
Now users can:
- Create/edit/delete contacts
- View the list of contacts
Introduced new functionality:
- Condition block for branching the scenario based on user data
- Message search
- Contact import and display list when creating/editing broadcast
- Contact filtering for broadcast
