Hooray, fresh news!

Broadcasting Section: A separate page for viewing completed Broadcasts with detailed information about message delivery status has been added.

Chats Section: An operator can manually close completed conversations with a contact and keep only open one in the chat list.

Contacts now have the ability to send media files (images, videos, documents) when responding to the bot. Files can be saved as variables and used in the Flow.

Automation Section: The “Button Click” trigger is now available for adding to buttons in Flow. After completing the main Flow, buttons with payloads will remain active, and when clicked, they will initiate the necessary Flows to continue the dialogue with clients.

Organisation Section: Create organisations for different directions of your activity.

Mobile Version: The Organisation, Broadcast, and Dashboard sections are now available for use on any device.
