Last updates from Domino CRM

We have some amazing updates to share with you:

Teams tab: Add employees and create teams for collaboration with shared bots and contacts.

A new “Assignment” block has been introduced in Flows, allowing you to assign an operator and/or team to continue the conversation with contacts.

In the “Chats” section, any conversation with a contact can be assigned to a responsible operator and/or team.

To facilitate chat search, we have added a new filter for dialogs assigned to me or my team.

Improved adaptive version: Work with your contact list from any device. Add, import, and delete contacts without being tied to your computer.
