New Features Have Arrived

Domino CRM has received a number of new features. Here’s what’s new and how it can make working with chatbots easier! 

1. Contact Export

You can now save contact data as a CSV file — a universal format that opens easily in Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools. Select exactly which fields from the contact card you want to include in the file.

– Field name search. Instantly filter by field name (e.g., “email” or “registration date”).
– Select all. One click to select or deselect all fields.

2. Silent Moderation

In group chats, Domino CRM now allows silent message deletion. The filter simply removes offensive or unwanted content without leaving a trace or comment. This helps maintain order without creating extra noise or provoking users to argue about moderation.

3. Auto-Saving Button Responses

Now, when a user clicks a button, their response can be saved automatically. There is no need to manually add a “System Action” node. Just choose the field at the bottom, and the system will remember the user's selection.
