Your Personal Telegram Bot for Lead Management with Domino CRM

Let’s say your business has a lead database consisting of people who have agreed to communicate with you. For example, you already had a bot with an established audience, exported it to Domino CRM, and now want to 'warm up' this target audience using our platform.

With Domino CRM, you can engage them in a dialogue with optimal timing and a well-structured set of touchpoints, all while having access to detailed performance analytics. In today’s piece, we will talk about which blocks and features could be used in this funnel.

Leads’ Contacts in Telegram

Your lead database can be easily imported into Domino CRM. To do this, go to the “Bots” section, where all user data is stored. Then click ‘Import/Export’ in the upper-right corner.

When uploading a lead base for nurturing, make sure it complies with Domino CRM’s internal standards (there is a template you can download to see the details) and is linked to the active Telegram chatbot, especially if you have multiple bots.

As you know, the key condition for effective lead management is segmentation. Naturally, Domino CRM lets you avoid sending messages in bulk. To define your target audience, click the funnel icon in the ‘Contacts’ section to filter by contact data and contact fields.

Here, you have complete freedom to decide who will be included in the final list and who will not. You can apply multiple filters at once.

How to Reach a Lead on Telegram?

The most effective tool for engaging your lead base is a large-scale broadcast to a selected segment. To receive messages from automated broadcasts, a contact must already be in a dialogue with the bot or have subscribed to it.

Click ‘Import Recipients’ to upload your target segment with potential leads in Telegram. You can also set a Telegram link as a trigger. It will guide interested contacts through your custom flow.

The most relevant flow nodes for working with leads are:

  • ‘Condition’ is used for branching your Telegram lead flow. You can direct how the chatbot scenario develops based on system fields, contact fields, as well as bot-specific and flow-specific fields.

  • ‘Delay’ node lets you send hooks to your lead gradually, without overwhelming or annoying them.

  • ‘Subscription Check’ is for you if your Telegram lead flow requires the user to be a member of a specific channel or group.

  • ‘Sequences’ for full-fledged funnels once a lead has successfully passed the initial steps of your flow.

And these are just the most specific of the available nodes! Try the Domino CRM chatbot builder and get the most out of any segment, or even your entire lead base, with ease.
