Let’s walk through how this works, using an example of booking cosmetics services. Start with a welcome message where clients can select the service they’d like to book! 

Then it is the moment to choose a stylist. 

Next, link the service and the specialist with the 'Calendar' node.

Set the service duration, available time slots, and date.

The client receives a notification with the service date, cost, and assigned stylist.

The stylist also receives a notification in Telegram about the client's booking.

This way, your clients can easily book the service they need right from their phone. Everything happens in the chatbot and takes just a few clicks. This opens up an additional sales window for your business and greatly enhances customer service quality.
