Another upgrade of Domino CRM in 2025
Today, we are excited to share a list of recent updates that will make working with our chatbot builder even easier and more enjoyable.
Flow creation without a bot. You no longer need to create a bot right away — you can test the builder without one. Of course, to use the system fully, you’ll still need to set up a chatbot later.
New user roles. You can now assign different roles to team members, each with its own level of access: Administrator, Manager, or Operator.
Note: To activate a new role, the user must log out and log back into the Domino CRM system.
- Administrator. Full access to all sections of the organisation, except 'Plans and Billing.' Can manage other users, configure bots, and change system settings.
- Manager. Manages the company’s bots. Has access to all sections except 'Plans and Billing' and 'Organization.' Can configure bots they are allowed to, work on flows, and oversee automation processes.
- Operator. Handles chats, responds to customers, and edits contact details. Can view flows, AI assistants, and automated sequences. Does not have access to bot setup or company settings.
