Domino CRM Update: Videos, Link Tracking, and a Smarter Message Node

This week we rolled out an update with several key improvements to make your work even smoother and more effective:

Videos in your flows, chats, broadcasts, as videos, not files. Previously, a chatbot in Telegram could only send videos as files. Now, they are delivered as proper videos: with easy viewing inside Telegram. This feels more natural for clients and makes communication more seamless for your business.
Link click tracking. You can now track link clicks inside your flows. The system counts transitions and displays stats directly in the Domino CRM interface, helping you better evaluate the performance of your scenarios.
Flow editor is now simpler and clearer. We have merged all media messages into a universal ‘Message’ node, reducing the number of elements you have to manage and speeding up flow creation. The ‘Question Message’ node has also been redesigned, with a cleaner look and compact media upload options.
