Domino CRM’s Mini App for Telegram: What It Is and How It Works
Convenience when working with chatbots is a core priority for the Domino CRM team. To let you build bots on the go, directly inside Telegram, we have launched a dedicated mini app. With it, you can set up a chatbot without switching to any external resources. In other words, creating a chatbot on your phone now takes just a couple of minutes.
How to Create a Chatbot on Your Phone or Tablet
If your Telegram account is linked to your Domino CRM account, you can log in to the mini app automatically. Just open the chat with Domino Bot and click “Open.”
Depending on the language set in your account, you will see a fully functional mini app for creating Telegram chatbots, mirroring the features of our web-based chatbot builder.
By tapping the control panel (three lines), you will access the menu with:
- Flow editor
- Individual and group chats. Replying on behalf of your bot is now even easier. Joining a live chat is as simple as sending a text or voice message
- Broadcasts and automated sequences
- Organisations, contacts, and bots
- And all other sections of the main Domino CRM chatbot builder.
Finally, note that with our Telegram mini app you can create not only chatbots for this messenger but also bots for your website widget.
With the mini app, you can launch and manage bots anywhere you have Telegram access: on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops, through both the Telegram app and its web version.
