The Domino CRM chatbot builder team has rolled out another update to make your work even more convenient and effective!
1. First, you can now use the "Subscription Check" block. Our users have been asking for this feature for a while — and now it’s available! If your bot manages one or more Telegram channels, you can now check during a flow whether the user is subscribed to your channel(s).
When you add the "Subscription Check" block, the following interface appears.
With this block, you can:
Change the label of the "Check Subscription" button;
Enter channel names in the "New Channel" section. If you specify more than one channel, the system will check all of them. (For example, if a user is not subscribed to even one of three channels, they will be directed to the "Not Subscribed" branch);
Use three different outcome branches: "Subscribed" (to all channels), "Not Subscribed", and "Default". The default branch triggers if the user sends a message instead of clicking the subscription check button.
2. If your current plan includes the "AI Assistant" block, you can now add more than one such block!
3. We’ve also introduced several UI/UX improvements. For instance, in the question settings, the "Contact" section now appears first—making it easier for new users to understand where and how to work with contact fields.
