Flexible Restrictions

In ‘Your word list,’ you can define your own banned terms. To make things easier, Domino CRM has already prepared and uploaded a base dictionary of offensive expressions. Still, slang evolves. Also, offenders often replace characters with special symbols or use other tricks. That is why you can always add your own prohibited words manually.

Silent or Public Deletion

Finally, you can activate ‘Silent message deletion.’ Different communities prefer different approaches to moderation on Telegram. Some want the moderation bot to quietly remove banned content without drawing attention. Others prefer the opposite, making moderation visible to underline Telegram community rules.
