Domino CRM Updates: October 2025
In the latest release, the Domino CRM chatbot builder for businesses introduced a few pleasant and practical updates for users:
- AI Assistant. You can now add a knowledge base consisting of multiple files. Go to the ‘AI Assistant’ section, select your assistant, open the ‘Knowledge Base Files’ block, click ‘Choose Files,’ and upload your materials. This feature helps you organize data by topic, e.g., one file for product details, another for working hours, and so on. The Domino CRM chatbot builder accepts txt, pptx, pdf, json, docx, and doc.
- Broadcasts. The user interface of our mass broadcasting functionality for Telegram has become even more convenient. First, the ‘Select All’ and ‘Exclude All’ buttons now make it easier to manage your contact list in bulk. Second, when filtering contacts by characters, you can instantly ‘Select by Filter’ all relevant recipients (or ‘Exclude by Filter’).
If we look back at some earlier updates in our chatbot builder, here are two worth mentioning:
- Large files supported. Pro users can now send and receive really large files, up to 2 gigabytes. This update can make chatbot scenarios even richer and more engaging;
- AI-powered prompt writing. You can now delegate prompt creation for your smart assistant to artificial intelligence itself. Just click ‘Create a prompt with AI.’ Then provide a short description of your task, and the Domino CRM system will generate a unique and business-specific prompt for your Telegram chatbot.

Today, we will explain how to use it step by step. Setting Up Variables for a Loyalty Program At the core of any loyalty program are points, a kind of internal currency. These points must be clearly linked to each customer and automatically credited for specific actions. At the same time, you should be able to add points centrally and at any moment when needed. Here’s how you can set up this logic in Domino CRM: Go to the ‘Contacts’ section Then click ‘New Field’ In this field, specify: The name of the variable; Its type (since these are points for a Telegram loyalty program, naturally, you select “Number”). Let’s say you want to give anyone who starts a conversation with your bot 100 points. To do this, use the “Set Value” block, enter 100, and specify that the variable in this case is “Loyalty.” It is a good idea to notify the customer about the credited points in a separate message that includes the variable. Awarding Points for Channel Subscription Another option is to give points for subscribing to your Telegram channel. For this, you can use the “Subscription check” node along with ‘Calculations.’ If the check returns a positive result, take the variable and add a certain number of points to it. Awarding Points for Purchases Now, let’s imagine your product sold via Telegram costs 500 EUR, and you want to reward 10% of that value in points. After a successful payment, you can trigger another calculation where 50 points are added to the “Loyalty” variable. If you have multiple products, you can make the price a variable in the payment node and then perform two operations: Divide it by 100; Multiply by 10. You can, of course, experiment with your own combinations!
