Domino CRM has integrated AI in two directions. The most important one is the ‘AI Assistant’ node. This is a customizable virtual assistant capable of engaging in communication with a client during a chatbot flow. Here’s how to add AI to your Telegram chatbot:
 

1. Open your personal account, go to the ‘AI Assistant’ section, and click ‘+ Add Assistant.’

2. Give your future AI Assistant a name and write a user prompt. This is a text description that defines the assistant’s scope of work. In the prompt for your online AI chatbot, specify:

  • Its assigned function;
  • The tone of communication;
  • Restricted topics the bot must avoid;
  • The format of responses;
  • The algorithm for when the bot has no data to respond (usually, transferring the dialogue to a live agent).

Pay attention to the ‘Temperature’ slider. It controls the AI’s creativity level in the Telegram chatbot:

a) At 0, the assistant strictly follows the initial data;
b) At 1.5, it improvises as much as possible and tries to find an answer in any situation.

We recommend setting it at 0.5 to keep a balance between accuracy and flexibility.

3. On the next step, under the temperature setting, you can add a knowledge base for the bot: either manually in ‘question–answer’ format or by uploading a ready-made file. After that, click ‘Add Assistant,’ and the virtual helper will appear in your list.

4. Now you can integrate the AI node into your Telegram chatbot flow. Place it anywhere it fits your logic and is useful. Choose the right AI assistant from the dropdown list (if you have several, make sure you assign the correct one). Then set up a closing question and, if necessary, add the option to transfer the conversation to a live agent.

AI Spam Filter

The Domino CRM team allows you to integrate not only the profanity filter but also a smart spam filter into group chats. In our Telegram chatbot builder, this feature is called ‘AI Anti-Spam.’ To put this virtual space “cleaner” to work, go to “Group Chats” and select the desired conversation in Telegram. Then click on ‘AI Anti-Spam.’
