What’s New in Domino CRM in November 2025: Filters, Scenarios, and Statistics

In November 2025, the Domino CRM team introduced several useful updates that make working with Telegram chatbots more efficient and transparent.

  • Our system now displays data on messages removed by the 'Profanity' and AI-driven 'Anti-spam' filters. You can find this information in the ‘Dashboard’ section. It helps chatbot owners quickly assess the quality of communication in group chats and adjust moderation rules when needed.

  • The ‘Dashboard’ section also includes a new chart showing fresh subscription data for your Telegram chatbots.

  • In the ‘Group Chats’ section, chat filtering is now available. You can filter conversations by status, open or closed.

  • In the ‘Contacts’ section, you can now filter customers by the specific Telegram chatbot they interact with.

  • In the ‘Automation’ section, clicking the three-dot icon next to a scenario opens the 'Settings' menu. A new option allows you to switch the scenario language between RU and ENG. This setting affects system messages and automatic fallback responses.

  • In the 'My Profile' section, a new notification option has been added for chats assigned to you or your team

    If a conversation is assigned to you, you will now receive Telegram notifications about new messages, no more keeping the chat open constantly just to respond on time.
