Why Link a Telegram Account to Your Domino CRM Profile?

While Domino CRM specializes in building Telegram-based chatbots, you don’t actually need a Telegram account to sign up. We offer several alternative login options, including Google. We added these alternatives for a reason. Some users simply don’t like Telegram. Others may be more interested in building bots for web widgets rather than the messaging app. In short, use cases vary.

That said, we still recommend linking a Telegram account that you personally control. You can do this at any time via the 'My Profile' section in your Domino CRM dashboard.

Here’s why it’s worth it:

Even if you don’t connect Telegram, all core chatbot features will still be available. But without a linked account, you won’t be able to:

  • Receive notifications about plan limits and usage;

  • Instantly see tasks assigned to you or your team in chatbot dialogues;

  • Stay informed about product updates and promotions;

  • Get direct support via Telegram chat.

In short, linking a Telegram account makes working with the Domino CRM builder even smoother and more enjoyable!
